The menu for TADAH retreats has been created by the incredible family team of Deniz, Karola and Renate.
The event is fully catered with 3 meals a day plus snacks. All food is vegetarian.
You will notice strong Turkish and German influences in the food but all with a very original twist and so beautifully presented it’s impossible to start without snapping a picture first 😛
A lot of the food comes direct from TADAH’s own organic permaculture gardens!
Every morning you can select your breakfast.
Loads of options including
– Home made freshly baked bread
– Spreads and cheese inc. vegan alternatives where needed
– Eggs direct from the TADAH chickens
– Fruit salad
We highly recommend trying out the Tahini/Grape syrup paste on your museli, it’s basically the best thing ever!
Pre lunch smoothies keep the energy up in the morning sessions.
Lunch is a group meal with different dishes everyday.
Examples of lunch:
– Wraps and salad
– Mezze buffet
– Soup and Salad
– Veggie Skewers
– Veggie patties, corn and salad
Every dinner is a sit down meal, perfectly presented and including desserts!
Example dinners include:
– Stuffed peppers/tomatoes
– Pasta salad
– Stuffed Zucchini
– Build your own Burritos
– Mushroom Stroganoff
– Curry and Rice
